Consideration, respect and honesty are the foundation for business and personal success. That's what you need to be teaching your employees or clients.

During a four-day intensive training, participants will learn how to teach a comprehensive business etiquette curriculum using our ten training modules and five-step problem-solving process. Attendees will receive facilitation training, critique on presentation, and information to build a successful business etiquette program. Graduates may market themselves as "Trained by The Emily Post Institute."

  • Individuals who want to start their own business etiquette seminar business
  • Individuals who already teach business etiquette, but want to learn and use the Business Etiquette Program created and taught by The Emily Post Institute
  • Corporate trainers who want to include business etiquette training as part of their company's corporate training curriculum
