During a four-day intensive training, participants will learn how to teach a comprehensive business etiquette curriculum using our ten training modules and five-step problem-solving process. Attendees will receive facilitation training, critique on presentation, and information to build a successful business etiquette program.

About Peter Post
Peter Post is one of Emily Post's four great-grandchildren. He is also the co-author of The Etiquette Advantage in Business and the creator and principle presenter of the Emily Post Business Etiquette Seminars. He presents seminars nationally and internationally.
